About Our Team

With a business based on referrals and a 99% list to sale price, the overall value we provide clients are contract negotiation, winning bidding wars, avoiding the wrong properties, navigating the process from contract to close, correctly marketing properties to maximize sales and minimize days on market and overall netting sellers the highest amount possible.

For our investors, we help them analyze properties, run numbers, estimate rents and potential ARV, understand cash on cash return and total ROI, supply a database of needed vendors and lenders and plan a proper exit strategy for their investments including 1031.

We know that many have come to trust our experience and insight with real estate as well as our in-depth knowledge of our market here in Charlotte and the surrounding areas as we grew up here locally. We prefer to work on a referral basis with clients and never take for granted the trust they’ve put in us to help them with the real estate buying and selling process.

Rory Cummins

With over 25 years in the real estate industry here in Charlotte, I have a passion & expertise that spans all facets of the industry. My journey evolved from builder and investor to a full time real estate broker and have sold nearly $80,000,000 in 9 years time helping more than 200 clients buy and sell properties. Everything from high end luxury homes to those buying their first homes or investment properties. And experience with all types of properties including condos and townhomes, small and large multi family, new construction and resale single family homes as well as land purchases. I have done it all including helping existing clients sell that first home and move into their next one or help investors scale and grow their rental portfolio over the years.
That said, its not about the numbers but instead, its about putting clients and their best interests first. That is what has earned me many referrals over the years and also what led me to being named #1 agent in my office in sales out of more than 350 agents.
My real estate career began in construction management as a GC, having built more than 250 homes and later having flipped and remodeled about 60 homes. I also have plenty of investment experience having owned and operated multi-family properties as well as a portfolio of short term rentals. However, I’ve spent the last 10 years as a real estate broker with a focus on building our real estate team to better serve clients’ needs through Clients 1st Property Group, powered by EXP.

Tia Greene

With years of hands-on experience, I have successfully coordinated over 100 real estate transactions, establishing myself as a seasoned professional in a remarkably short period of time. After deciding to enter the real estate industry right out of college, I better equipped myself by obtaining a real estate assistant role that led to me becoming a transaction coordinator all with the purpose of gaining knowledge and experience to guide my future clients.
I have navigated a spectrum of transactions that involved condos to townhomes, small and large multifamily, new construction homes, first time buyers, land purchases and more!
All of which has provided a diverse array of scenarios that has equipped me to successfully navigate challenges and provide invaluable insights.
Outside of real estate, I fulfill roles as a softball coach and artist, which have provided experiences that have helped position me as a mentor and instilled a sharp eye for detail. My overarching goal is to leverage the knowledge and insights accumulated through my various roles, ensuring a dedicated commitment to crafting a positive and successful real estate journey that keeps my clients best interests at the forefront!
